This is the standard starter set for home gym use. Perform any barbell or dumbbell exercise possible. This is also a great addition to a home gym if all you have is an Olympic barbell set. Use the Olympic set for the "big" exercises like bench presses, squats, and deadlifts, and use this set for the "smaller" exercises like curls, triceps extensions, forearm work, etc. 160 lb. Regular "boxed" set with black plates, 6' threaded chrome bar, (2) 14" threaded chrome dumbbell handles with star collars. The easiest and most secure type of collars to use are the star lock threaded type, which both this barbell and dumbbell handles have. You can order extra weight plates below.
