This is the standard starter set for home gym use. Perform any barbell or dumbbell exercise possible. This is also a great addition to a home gym if all you have is an Olympic barbell set. Use the Olympic set for the "big" exercises like bench presses, squats, and deadlifts, and use this set for the "smaller" exercises like curls, triceps extensions, forearm work, etc. 110 lb. Regular "boxed" set with black plates, 5' standard chrome bar, (2) 14" standard chrome dumbbell handles. Quick changes for weight plates with 1-inch spring lock collars.
