These are the finest heavy-duty Olympic Pro-dumbbell handles made - bar none! Do you already own Olympic weights at home but don't have any dumbbells? These dumbbell handles work great with your existing Olympic weight plates. With a pair of these Olympic dumbbell handles you can perform HEAVY incline & flat-bench dumbbel.l presses, bentover dumbbell rowing, concentration curls, chest flyes, seated dumbbell presses, shoulder shrugs, standing dumbell curls,, and many more big muscle building exercises. Olympic Pro-Dumbbell Handles are sold in Pairs only with 2 Pair of TOZC-1/2 Spring Collars.

• Each handle weighs 10 pounds each and is 20-inches long
• These are very high-quality heavy-duty handles made for serious lifters - load each dumbbell handle well in excess of 100 Lbs. - even 200 Lbs.!
• What weight loads are possible with these handles? EACH Olympic Dumbbell Handle can be loaded with the following Troy Standard Olympic Plates and still fit the Spring-Lock Collars on the ends::
  -- 14 x 10 Lb. Plates for 150 Lb. single dumbbell or 300 Lbs. for the pair.
  -- 4 x 25, 4 x 10, 2 x 5, 2 x 2.5 Lb. plates for 165 Lb. single dumbbell or 330 Lbs. for the pair (these are the recommended denominations per dumbbell handle for the most versatility allowing 10 Lbs. to 165 Lbs. in 5 Lb. increments).
  -- 8 x 25 Lb. Plates for 210 Lb. single dumbbell or 420 Lbs. for the pair - these would tax any Mr. Olympia, world-class weightlifter or powerlifter's strength!
• Precision revolving ends for less wrist & grip strain while doing heavy exercises
• Load an almost unlimited amount of weight on these handles - you are limited only by the number of Olympic plates you own and your own strength
• Spring-lock collars are very secure and allow for quick weight changes
• A full 7-inches of space on each revolving end of bar to load plates on - spring-lock collars take up 1-inch of space on end of bar - measure the thickness of your existing Olympic plates to figure maximum load possible on these handles
